Hello everyone,

Sapling was built to be a cozy, community-led Minecraft server where you choose your own way whether its solo or with friends, we want to keep it that way where it's accessible for everyone! After the recent community discussion, we're moving forward by removing the requirement to link Discord to play on the server. This opens the door for more players especially those without Discord as they do exist!

That being said Discord linking is not going away and we highly recommend it. It helps with safety, community connection, and includes perks/new daily rewards. However it’s now optional.

Safety & Moderation Changes

With this new changes, some of you may be thinking this opens a doorway to toxic behavior. The answer is simple, No!

Our top priority is from the moderation to management is keeping you all in a safe and welcoming space. Returning to a public state does not change that. We’re prepared to handle issues quickly our ⁠:ring_buoy:・support ticket system. A ticket can be submitted for almost any type of assistance such as (but not limited to):

• Player Reports
• General Support
• Tebex Payment Issues
• Content Creator Enquires

By using support tickets this allows us as staff to respond to your issue in much faster timeframe especially when it comes player reports.

Now, I want to personally thank our staff team and everyone in the community for being here and helping Sapling grow into what it is today. Lately I’ve seen huge improvements, especially in our Discord chats, both text and voice. This isn’t just a big milestone for the community, it’s a personal one for me too. I’m excited to keep growing and improving the server together.
